INTRODUCTION

At some point in time I realized I needed to create my own calendars in order to have on every page the information I found most useful to move through my days in an authentic and efficient manner. It was so much fun!

I offer this calendar as a potential opportunity to facilitate a similar process for you as well, if you are interested.

The calendar is meant to reinforce times of self-reflection and conscious co-creation.

There is absolutely nothing we can fall back on from the past and the present has to be designed by us every little step of the way.

Conventions and traditions have to be questioned if we want to achieve the best quality of life on the individual level.

Nobody else can do it for us.

Whatever old, obsolete beliefs we carry with us, we’d better let go and let go joyfully and fast.

The energies of our time are very expansive and allow for more freedom than ever before. It is up to us to make the most of them.

Feel free to include in your rhythm only the information you show resonance to. Ignore the rest if it doesn’t serve you at present.

Use the Self-Awareness Calendar as a tool of self-discovery to get to your inner core and learn to feel comfortable with it. This way you experience alignment to your soul and there is no better state to be in than this one.

Stay in the here and now knowing that this is really the only moment we have. Use your intuition and trust yourself! Your inner knowing is enormous.

Experience your uniqueness by applying standards of excellence for your own benefit, but also for the benefit of your closest circle and the larger community!

I wish you clarity, courage and self-confidence!

May you like yourself more and more with every passing day!
